The patient had worn out, non-aligned teeth and old metal dental crowns. Another dentist had applied composite veneers that did not meet the patient’s aesthetic requirements.
The occlusal plane was wrong, an altered passive teeth eruption was present with a gingival uncovering that made the smile disharmonious. First of all a gum plastic surgery was carried on to correct the teeth architecture / shape; subsequently the smile curve was aligned and and v positive regained. Very thin additional veneers and dental crowns have been placed that changed the outlook and color of the natural teeth in only 3 completely painless sessions, thus enabling te patient to smile again without uneasiness.
